eSign Documents supports Periodic scheduled document reviews.
Upcoming Reviews
The Periodic Review report displays the documents that have periodic reviews upcoming. See Document Reports
Periodic Review Reminders
eSign will automatically notify Document Owners of upcoming Periodic Reviews via email. Weekly digest emails are sent to each owner that has any documents due within the next 30 days.
Completing Reviews
Complete Periodic Reviews from the Document Management dialog > Release panel. Optionally record review comments or references and adjust the next review date.
Configuration
Periodic Review scheduled intervals are configurable per document type in Space Settings.
